Salary:  £27,000 – £30,000 per annum

We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a reliable and hardworking Depot Operative to join their team based in Redditch. This is a varied, hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys a mix of warehouse duties and practical work, with excellent opportunities for training and progression.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting day-to-day warehouse and depot operations
• Carrying out manual handling and general yard duties
• Accurate picking and preparation of stock
• Conducting routine stock checks and counts
• Assisting with goods in/out processes
• Maintaining a safe and organised working environment

Requirements:

• Valid forklift licence (essential)
• Full UK driving licence (essential)
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills
• Good attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to travel when required
