2 x 12-hour Clinical Shifts & 2 x 8-hour Supernumerary Days

JCO Healthcare is currently recruiting for an experienced RGN Deputy Manager to join a well-established nursing home in the Longfield area.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate nurse leader who is committed to delivering outstanding person-centred care whilst supporting and developing a dedicated clinical team. Working closely with the Home Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day leadership of the service, ensuring the highest standards of care, compliance and clinical excellence are maintained at all times.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Support the effective day-to-day running of the nursing home
✅ Lead, mentor and motivate nursing and care teams
✅ Oversee medication management, audits and clinical governance
✅ Coordinate assessments and admissions of new residents
✅ Work collaboratively with families, GPs and multidisciplinary teams
✅ Ensure compliance with CQC regulations, policies and best practice
✅ Support staff development through supervision, coaching and training
✅ Promote a positive culture focused on quality outcomes for residents

About You

✔ Registered General Nurse (RGN) with active NMC registration
✔ Minimum 3 years' nursing experience within the UK
✔ Previous experience in a Senior Nurse, Clinical Lead or Deputy Manager role
