Are you an experienced Deputy Manager or Care Manager looking for your next opportunity?
We're recruiting for a passionate and motivated Deputy Manager to support the Registered Manager in leading a busy domiciliary care service in Ripley. You'll oversee a team of care professionals, maintain high-quality, person-centred care, ensure CQC compliance, support staff development, and help drive service excellence.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' management experience in Health & Social Care
- Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care
- At least 1 year's hands-on care experience
- Full UK Driving Licence and own vehicle
- Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
