Domus Recruitment are working with an Outstanding CQC-rated homecare provider to recruit a Deputy Manager for their established service in SW18.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-regarded franchise delivering 100% private homecare, with a strong team and a genuinely positive reputation.

The service is fully digital and has recently introduced AI successfully to support the day-to-day running of the business, so they are looking for someone who is digitally confident and comfortable embracing new technology.

What’s on offer:
  • £32,000 - £38,000 salary, depending on experience
  • £200 per week when completing on-call

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Registered Manager with the day-to-day running of the service
  • Ensure consistently high standards of care and service delivery
  • Support the management and development of the care team
  • Monitor care quality, compliance and staff performance
  • Support with care planning, reviews, audits and quality assurance
  • Assist with recruitment, induction and ongoing staff development
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, families and care professionals
  • Support the service in maintaining its Outstanding CQC rating
  • Contribute to the continued growth and development of the service
  • Participate in the on-call rota and provide support when required
Essential Requirements:
  • Previous experience within a Deputy Manager, Care Manager or senior care
  • Strong understanding of CQC regulations and compliance
  • Experience supporting and developing a care team
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Strong understanding of care delivery and quality standards
  • NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
