You will play a key role in supporting the Home Manager and wider nurse and care team, ensuring clinical excellence, effective governance, and high-quality person-centred care.
Essential:
- Registered Nurse with an active PIN
- Deputy Manager or Clinical Lead experience
- Strong clinical knowledge and confidence in leading and supporting a team
- Experience with care planning, audits, medication management, and quality assurance
