We Are Looking For: Deputy or Assistant Headteachers/ SENCOs

  • Proven leadership experience within SEND, specialist or mainstream education
  • Strong understanding of curriculum development, safeguarding and school improvement
  • Passion for driving outstanding outcomes for pupils with additional needs
  • Strong knowledge of SEND legislation and EHCP processes
  • Ability to work collaboratively with families, external agencies and school staff
