  • Building positive relationships with families, schools, local authorities and external agencies.
  • Deputising for the Site Lead when required.

The Successful Candidate Will Have

  • Previous experience in a higher-level education support role, pastoral leadership role, or similar leadership position within education.
  • Experience as a Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead (DDSL) or a strong understanding of safeguarding responsibilities and a willingness to undertake further training.
  • Experience of working with secondary-aged young people, particularly those with SEND, SEMH needs, or those educated within alternative provision.

  • Experience of supporting curriculum delivery and educational planning.
  • Excellent organisational, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to remain calm, resilient and solution-focused in challenging situations.
  • A commitment to achieving the best possible outcomes for vulnerable learners.

We Offer

  • The opportunity to make a genuine difference to the lives of young people.
  • A supportive and collaborative leadership team.
