Description

• Coordinate and oversee daily operations within the engineering and manufacturing team.
• 4 on 4 off Days/Nights 12 rotations then 18 days off
• Assist in managing team members to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met.
• Monitor and optimise production processes to improve efficiency.
• Support the Team Leader in planning and implementing projects.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
• Provide technical guidance and problem-solving support to the team.
• Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports as required.
• Foster a collaborative and productive working environment.

Profile

A successful Deputy Team Leader should have:

• Previous experience in engineering or manufacturing roles.
• Strong leadership and organisational skills.
• Knowledge of production processes and equipment in an industrial setting.
• Good understanding of health and safety standards.
