Are you a creative and hands-on Design Engineer looking to take ownership of projects from concept through to production?

We are seeking a Design & Development Engineer to join a growing engineering team, supporting the design, development and testing of innovative products. This is a varied role offering involvement across the full product lifecycle, from initial concepts and prototyping through to manufacturing and final approval.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage design projects from concept to completion
• Create 3D models and manufacturing drawings using Autodesk Inventor
• Develop prototypes and support product testing activities
• Produce technical documentation, bills of materials and design records
• Provide technical support to production, sales and purchasing teams
• Ensure designs comply with relevant standards and regulations
• Visit customer sites when required to gather project information

About You

• Previous experience in a Design Engineer, Development Engineer or Product Design role
• Proficient in Autodesk Inventor or similar 3D CAD software
• Strong understanding of manufacturing and production processes
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
