The Opportunity:
We have the most exciting opportunity for a Mid Weight Mechanical Design Engineer with automotive or large plant / agricultural machinery experience. It is essential that you have experience of the Design lifecycle within Heavy Automotive or Agricultural machinery.
Job Responsibilities:
- You will use your existing skills and practical knowledge of automotive systems to produce innovative mechanical designs.
- Your role will be to produce innovative designs from concept through to final production, including the visualisation of complex componentry combined with ‘System’ thinking.
- You will be a mid weight Mechanical Design Engineer in the automotive sector and if you have worked on larger plant or agricultural machinery that's a distinct advantage.
- Solidworks would be ideal, though training can be provided.
- A genuine interest in cars, the automotive sector, motorsport or agricultural machinery would really suit this business.
- An Engineering Degree or similar.

40 hour week, Mon-Thur 8-5, Fri 8-12
