Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum + Hybrid Working

As the business continues to grow, there is now an opportunity for a Design Manager to join the London studio and play a key role in supporting the delivery of ambitious, high-profile projects. Office: London studio
Hours: Monday to Friday, standard office hours with flexible working options

Duties:

• Support project mobilisation, initiation, and set-up activities
• Coordinate communication across multidisciplinary design teams
• Assist Senior Design Managers and Project Leads with day-to-day design management activities
• Monitor design progress and support delivery against project objectives
• Contribute to design management processes and continuous improvement initiatives
• Support tender, bid, and competition submissions
• Assist with project close-out activities and final approvals

Requirements:

• Degree in Project Management, Architecture, Construction, or a related discipline
• Must have background as an ARB Architect
• Experience supporting large-scale or complex projects is desirable
• Familiarity with project management and collaboration software
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to coordinate teams and build effective working relationships
• Confident communication and stakeholder management skills
