Design Manager / Assistant Design Manager – Main Contractor

I'm currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established Main Contractor for a Design Manager to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to develop their career within a supportive business that genuinely invests in its people.

The role offers excellent flexibility, with a hybrid working arrangement combining home working and office attendance. The office is based in High Wycombe, so candidates should be within a commutable distance.

What we're looking for:

• Experience working within the housing and/or education sectors.
• Previous experience in a Design Management role within a Main Contractor environment is preferred.
• Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to manage the design process from pre-construction through to project delivery.
