Design Manager

Fawkes & Reece are working with a highly regarded developer and contractor specialising in the delivery of complex, design-led residential, mixed-use and later living developments across London and the South East.

Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of secured work, they are looking to appoint a Design Manager to support the delivery of a landmark £280m later living development in London. The scheme comprises two 15-storey towers providing high-end retirement living accommodation, extensive resident amenities, landscaped public spaces and premium communal facilities.

Working closely with consultants, subcontractors and internal teams, you will be responsible for coordinating design information, managing technical approvals, driving consultant performance and ensuring the project is delivered in line with programme and quality objectives.
