Are you a Design Manager/Design Coordinator available for an immediate start or looking for your next contract?
We’re urgently seeking a Design Manager for an initial three-month contract to support a busy portfolio of design and build projects, alongside contracts incorporating significant design elements.
The Role:
- Manage and coordinate design across multiple live construction projects, covering non-residential property sectors.
- Oversee design and build contracts valued at approximately £2m–£3m.
- Coordinate contractor-designed packages and ensure effective design integration.
- Work closely with project teams, consultants and contractors to keep designs progressing efficiently.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience within Design within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of design and build contracts and contractor-designed packages.
- Excellent coordination, communication and organisational skills.
- Available for an initial three-month contract, with flexibility to support ongoing project demands.
