Daily Rate: £179-£255 per day (dependent on experience)

As a Teacher of Design & Technology, you will:

• Deliver engaging and inspiring DT lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4.
• Teach practical and theory-based elements of the Design & Technology curriculum.
• Encourage creativity, innovation and problem-solving skills.
• Support students in achieving their academic potential whilst developing practical skills.
• Create a positive and productive learning environment.
• Monitor, assess and track pupil progress effectively.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver high-quality teaching and learning.
• Promote high standards of behaviour, achievement and engagement.

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
• Have experience teaching Design & Technology within a secondary school setting.
• Are confident teaching areas such as Product Design, Resistant Materials, Engineering or related disciplines.
• Demonstrate strong classroom management skills.
• Have a passion for practical learning and creative education.
• Can motivate and inspire students of all abilities.
• Are reliable, adaptable and professional in their approach.
• Are committed to raising standards and achieving positive outcomes for young people.
