Salary: £40,000-£48,000
Location: Newcastle-under-Lyme
Working Pattern: 4 days per week in the office

Our client is looking for an experienced Designer to join their team, working across a range of specialist glazing and façade projects.

The successful candidate will have proven glazing design experience and be confident producing detailed technical drawings and designs. Revit experience would be beneficial, but is not essential.

• Producing detailed designs and technical drawings for glazing projects
• Developing designs from concept through to construction
• Reviewing architectural drawings, specifications and technical information
• Working closely with project managers, engineers and other stakeholders
• Ensuring designs meet project requirements and technical standards
• Resolving design queries and providing technical support throughout projects
• Supporting projects through the design and delivery stages

• Glazing design experience is essential
• Previous experience within the glazing, façade or building envelope sector
• Strong technical drawing and design skills
• Ability to interpret architectural and technical drawings
• Revit experience would be beneficial
• Experience with relevant CAD/design software
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and organisational skills

Package:

• £40,000-£48,000 salary
• 4 days per week in the Newcastle-under-Lyme office
• Permanent position
