As a Designer - Mid Level specialising in Sweats and Jersey, you'll play a key role in creating stylish and functional designs that align with the brand's vision. Based in Chesterfield, this role involves working closely with the fashion team to ensure the products meet industry trends and customer expectations.

Description

* Support the Senior Designer in creating apparel collections from concept to completion.

* Mentor and support Junior Designers.

* Creation of detailed design packs and other materials to aid in smooth handover to the Development Team.

* Attend fittings with the Senior Designer and collaborate closely with the Development Team to ensure design integrity from initial concept through to finished product.

* Maintain key documents such as collection overviews, performance reviews and sourcing packs in coordination with the Junior Designer.

* Work with the Senior Designers to ensure the global calendar is followed & deadlines are met.

* Assist Senior Designer in presenting seasonal collections to the Sales team.

Profile

A successful Designer - Mid Level - Sweats / Jersey should have:

• Proven experience in designing sweats and jersey products within the fashion industry.
• Strong knowledge of design software and technical sketching.
• An understanding of current fashion trends and customer preferences.
• Excellent attention to detail and creative vision.
• Good communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
