Mon to Fri
Shift Times: 08:00am – 16:30pm
About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-focused Despatch & Customer Services Administrator to join our team.
This is a fast-paced role within a busy office and manufacturing environment, requiring a high level of accuracy, strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities. You will play a key role in ensuring customer orders are shipped on time, documentation is completed accurately and customer enquiries are handled professionally.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Produce Certificates of Conformity, packing lists and product labels
• Arrange UK and international shipments using approved courier services
• Monitor and manage communications, ensuring all requests are processed promptly
• Track shipments and resolve delivery issues where required
• Process documentation relating to customer returns and non-conforming products
• Support compliance with customer, quality and traceability requirements
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
• Previous experience within an administrative, logistics, despatch or customer service environment
• Excellent organisational, attention to detail and time management skills
• Ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Professional and customer-focused attitude
• Familiarity with quality management systems, ideally AS9100 or ISO 9001 (Desirable)
