Despatch Operative (FLT)

Cubed Talent are working with a leading designer, manufacturer and installer of high speed machinery to both the UK and overseas markets.

• Working hours typically Mon- Thu 7:30am-4:15pm & Fri 7:30-1:00pm, however where necessary, staggered start times from 6am to support the assembly department

About the Role: 

• Booking stock in and out on IT system 
• Receiving, checking, and locating stock 
• Picking and issuing stock 
• General Warehouse duties 
• Moving stock around the site using FLT (Counterbalance / Articulated FLT)
• Conducting quarterly stock taking 

Skills & Experience Required:

• Previous experience of working within a stores or despatch department within the manufacturing/engineering sector 
• Experience of picking form pick lists 
• Placing stock into stock locations 
• Able to use computer systems with training
• FLT (Counterbalance and/or Reach)
• Experience in locating stock and resolving stock issues 
• Experience of participating in stock takes

A Driving License is required for this position as there will be occasional travel between Shipley and Leeds sites
