Our client is looking for a skilled Diagnostic Technician with a proactive approach to vehicle diagnostics and repairs. Duties of the Diagnostic Technician:
  • Conduct complex diagnostic, warranty, and service repairs on a variety of vehicles
  • Perform EV diagnostics and repairs (if qualified) in line with manufacturer standards
  • Utilise diagnostic software and equipment effectively to identify and resolve vehicle faults
  • Carry out hydraulic repairs and mechanical work safely and accurately
  • Mentor and support Apprentice Technicians, sharing technical expertise
  • Maintain high safety and quality standards on every vehicle serviced and repaired
Requirements of the Diagnostic Technician:
  • Minimum Level 3 or equivalent qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance
  • Recognised Diagnostic qualification is essential
  • Previous experience as a Diagnostic Technician or skilled mechanic preferred
  • Strong teamwork skills and a commitment to safety and quality standards
  • Enthusiastic about continuous professional development and up-to-date with technological advancements
