We are seeking a highly skilled Diagnostic Vehicle Technician to join our reputable client’s established family-run business in Wolverhampton.   • Competitive basic salary up to £39,000, negotiable based on experience and qualifications
  • Uncapped bonus potential exceeding £45,000 annually
  • Monday to Friday working hours (8:30am - 5:30pm)
  • One Saturday in two (8:30am - 12:30pm)

Duties of a Diagnostic Vehicle Technician:
  • Perform diagnostics on all vehicle types accurately and efficiently
  • Carry out maintenance, servicing, and repairs on cars and light commercial vehicles
  • Conduct electrical diagnostics, timing belt replacements, clutch repairs, brake servicing, and general vehicle maintenance
  • Ensure customer vehicles are serviced and repaired within set timeframes as a Diagnostic Vehicle Technician
  • Complete all relevant paperwork, including Vehicle Health Checks, job sheets, and customer service documentation
  • Provide excellent customer service throughout the repair process
Requirements of a Diagnostic Vehicle Technician:
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Vehicle Technician with proven diagnostics expertise
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems and vehicle repair procedures
  • Ability to work efficiently and within set timescales
  • Positive attitude with a 'can do' approach and proactive work ethic
  • Valid full UK driving licence essential
  • MOT testing qualification desirable but not essential
