We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Diagnostic Vehicle Technician in Cardiff. Duties of the Diagnostic Vehicle Technician: 
  • Conduct fault diagnosis and electrical issue repairs in accordance with client standards
  • Perform large repairs as instructed
  • Carry out diagnostics and subsequent repairs to a high standard
  • Ensure all work is completed accurately and to first-time quality
  • Work under the supervision of the Workshop Foreman
  • Maintain a strong focus on quality over quantity
  • Work within health and safety guidelines and company procedures
Requirements of the Diagnostic Vehicle Technician:
  • NVQ Level 2 or equivalent qualification as a Vehicle Technician (consideration may be given to individuals with extensive experience and no formal qualifications)
  • Proven experience in fault diagnosis and electrical repairs
  • Ability to work efficiently and accurately
  • Possess a valid UK driving licence with minimal points
  • Be a committed team player with a professional attitude
  • Live in or near Cardiff or have reasonable commuting access to West Cardiff
