- Conduct standard vehicle services and carry out complex repairs in accordance with manufacturer technical specifications
- Diagnose faults accurately using advanced diagnostic equipment
- Communicate effectively with customers, explaining work required and ensuring satisfaction
- Support and mentor less experienced colleagues as a Diagnostic Vehicle Technician
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workshop environment
- Attend technical training sessions to stay current with industry developments
- Accreditation with City & Guilds, BTEC, or NVQ in automotive repair or diagnostic technology
- Proven experience working within a franchise dealership or authorised workshop
- Strong fault diagnosis skills with relevant MOT Tester qualification
- Ability to work efficiently within a team and meet deadlines
- A committed approach to delivering high-quality customer service
- Organised and proactive with a passion for automotive technology
