Digital Adoption Lead

We have an opportunity available for a Digital Adoption Lead to join our team to help colleagues feel confident using new digital systems and ways of working. 

This hybrid role is based at our head office in Warrington, with travel to Making Space locations as required to deliver training, understand service needs and support implementation activity.

Salary: £44,250 per annum
Hours: 39 per week

Location: 46 Allen Street, Warrington, WA2 7JB

Responsibilities

We have recently launched a Digital Transformation Programme, which includes introducing, replacing and improving several systems used across the organisation. In this role, you will lead a user-centred approach to adoption, training and communication so that colleagues understand the change and feel supported to use new digital tools confidently.

You will work closely with operational services, central teams, suppliers and project colleagues to understand user needs, barriers, plan and deliver effective training and help embed digital change in a sustainable way.

Key responsibilities include;

  • Leading development and implementation of digital adoption activity across the organisation
  • Working with colleagues to understand service needs and user experience
  • Planning and delivering practical training and support
  • Supporting readiness and go-live activity
  • Working with suppliers and project teams to help shape effective digital solutions
  • Line managing a Digital Adoption Trainer

Qualifications

Candidates must have experience of supporting technology adoption, business transformation or change management and a strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365, business system adoption and digital skills development.

You will be organised, pragmatic and outcome-focused with the ability to manage several workstreams, while keeping people and user experience at the centre of your approach. You must have the ability to travel to Making Space locations across England as required.
