As a Digital Analyst at VIVATIKO, you will be instrumental in transforming complex data into actionable insights that drive our digital strategy and enhance user experience. This mid-to-senior level role requires a keen analytical mind to monitor, evaluate, and report on the performance of our digital channels. You will collaborate closely with various teams to identify trends, recommend optimisations, and contribute significantly to our data-driven decision-making processes, directly impacting our growth and customer engagement.

• Collect, analyse, and interpret large datasets from various digital sources, including web analytics, marketing platforms, and customer behaviour tools.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards and reports to visualise key performance indicators (KPIs) and present findings to stakeholders.
• Identify trends, patterns, and insights from data to provide actionable recommendations for optimising digital campaigns, website performance, and user journeys.
• Conduct A/B tests and other experimental analyses to validate hypotheses and measure the impact of proposed changes.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and development teams to ensure data tracking is accurate and aligned with business objectives.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of digital marketing initiatives and provide insights for continuous improvement.
• Contribute to the development and refinement of data governance standards and best practices.
• Proactively identify opportunities for digital growth and efficiency through data exploration.

• Proven experience in a Digital Analyst or similar data-focused role.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organise, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency with web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.
• Demonstrable experience with data visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio).
• Solid understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
• Ability to resolve complex issues and navigate conflicting priorities effectively.
• Understanding of cloud computing concepts and their application in data storage and processing.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for presenting complex data to non-technical audiences.

• Experience with SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
• Familiarity with tag management systems (e.g., Google Tag Manager).
• Knowledge of statistical analysis and modelling techniques.
• Experience with scripting languages such as Python or R for data analysis.
• Project management experience in a data-centric environment.

Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 GBP
