Digital and CRM Specialist (Hubspot) in Colchester, Essex
Posted by Brand Recruitment
Our client supplies specialist products to customers across the transport sector. It’s an established business with a reach well beyond the UK, and its EMEA marketing team has plenty happening. They’re looking for someone who can bring their digital and CRM experience to the team and make a real impact across the region.
The Role – DIGITAL MARKETING & CRM SPECIALIST
If you know your way around HubSpot and want more room to use it properly, this could be a very good next step. You’ll take ownership of the CRM across EMEA while working on websites, marketing automation and the digital journeys that turn interest into enquiries. You’ll be working closely with sales and marketing colleagues in different countries, helping them get more from HubSpot and giving them a clearer picture of what’s working. It’s a varied, hands-on role with the freedom to spot an opportunity and do something about it.
Key Responsibilities – DIGITAL MARKETING & CRM SPECIALIST
- Take day-to-day ownership of HubSpot across EMEA, from contact data and segmentation to workflows and reporting.
- Help sales and marketing teams use the CRM consistently and follow up leads effectively.
- Build and improve automated campaigns and lead nurturing journeys.
- Keep the regional websites and ecommerce platform up to date, including product content and landing pages.
- Use analytics to improve website journeys, engagement and conversions.
- Support SEO and keep an eye on how customers are finding businesses through search and AI tools.
- Work with colleagues, agencies and global stakeholders to turn ideas into improvements.
About You – DIGITAL MARKETING & CRM SPECIALIST
You’re a capable digital marketer with strong, practical HubSpot experience. That’s the essential bit. You understand how CRM supports both marketing and sales, and you’re comfortable getting into the detail of data, campaigns and reporting.
Experience with websites, marketing automation and SEO would be useful, as would a background in B2B or a technical industry. If you speak French or German, even better, but neither language is essential. What matters most is that you’re organised, enjoy working with different people and are ready to take more ownership in a role with international scope.
The office is near Colchester. You’ll work there every day for your first two weeks while you get to know the business and the team and after that, it’s a hybrid arrangement with two days a week in the office.
