Digital Marketing Lead in King's Lynn, Norfolk

Our client based in Kings Lynn is looking for a ambitious and commercially minded Digital Marketing Lead to take ownership of our digital marketing strategy and drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation across B2B markets.

Key Responsibilities of the Digital Marketing Lead:

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business growth objectives.
• Manage and coordinate external agencies across SEO, content creation, PR, web development, and design.
• Create targeted marketing campaigns that generate engagement and leads across commercial, public sector, and not-for-profit markets.
• Own and evolve the company's brand identity, messaging, and online presence.
• Develop compelling case studies, thought leadership content, webinars, and marketing materials.
• Drive website improvements, content development, and online campaign activity.
• Utilise AI and marketing technology to improve efficiency, automation, reporting, and campaign performance.
• Manage marketing data, prospect lists, enquiries, and campaign analytics.
• Produce regular performance and ROI reports for senior leadership.

To Be considered for the DIgital Marketing Lead role you must have:

• Proven experience in a B2B digital marketing role.
• Experience translating complex products or services into clear, benefit-led marketing messages.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels including LinkedIn, YouTube, SEO, content marketing, and lead generation.
• Experience working with and managing external marketing agencies and suppliers.
• A data-driven mindset with the ability to measure and improve campaign performance.
• Knowledge of AI marketing tools and marketing automation platforms.
• Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience within the technology, IT, or managed services sector would be advantageous.

What's on Offfer for the Digtal Marketing Lead role: 

• £35,000 - £45,000 basic salary depending on experience.
• Hybrid working arrangement with 3 days in the King's Lynn office and 2 days working remotely.
