Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of digital marketing strategies aligned to business and brand objectives
- Oversee content creation across digital platforms, including website, social media, email, and campaigns
- Manage and inspire a team responsible for social media and website performance
- Ensure consistency of brand messaging, tone of voice, and visual identity across all digital touchpoints
- Plan and deliver integrated campaigns across SEO, SEM, paid media, email, and display advertising
- Monitor performance and optimise campaigns to maximise reach, engagement, and ROI
- Maintain strong collaboration with wider marketing stakeholders to deliver cohesive campaigns
- Stay ahead of industry trends, bringing fresh ideas and innovation to the team
- Support high standards of customer engagement through digital channels
- Proven experience in a digital marketing or marketing manager role
- Strong understanding of digital channels, tools, and best practices
- Experience managing campaigns across multiple platforms (organic and paid)
- Confident in leading, coaching, and developing a team
- Excellent communication and content oversight skills
- A creative thinker with strong attention to detail
- Data-driven, with the ability to analyse performance and optimise accordingly
