Digital Trainer required by a leading professional services organisation based in central Bristol. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative learning and development team, helping to drive digital capability and deliver engaging technology training across the business.
Offering a salary of £35,000–£38,000, plus a 10% bonus, outstanding benefits and a flexible hybrid working arrangement, this role would suit an experienced trainer who enjoys working with a broad range of stakeholders and technologies.
Working in a hybrid pattern, you'll alternate between two days on site one week and four days on site the next, with the remaining days working remotely.
The role
As a Digital Trainer, you'll be responsible for designing and delivering engaging learning experiences that enable colleagues to make the most of the organisation's digital tools and systems. You'll work closely with teams across the business to deliver both face-to-face and virtual training, develop learning materials and support the ongoing adoption of new technologies.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Delivering instructor-led training sessions, both in person and remotely.
- Supporting new starters and existing employees with software and systems training.
- Creating and maintaining training guides, videos and digital learning content.
- Developing innovative learning solutions to improve user adoption and engagement.
- Working with stakeholders to identify training requirements and support business change initiatives.
- Assisting with the ongoing development of digital learning programmes and resources.
- Monitoring feedback and continuously improving training effectiveness.
About you
To be successful, you'll ideally have experience in a digital training, learning and development or technology training role within a professional services environment. You'll be an excellent communicator, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels and translating technical concepts into accessible training content.
You'll also bring:
- Experience delivering classroom and virtual training sessions.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- The ability to create engaging digital learning materials and training documentation.
- A proactive and collaborative approach, with a passion for helping others develop their skills.
- The confidence to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
