Digital Waste Billing Administrator

Salary – £26,702 - £30,818 (plus benefits)
Hours – 37.5 hours per week
Location – Doncaster (Hybrid)

As a Digital Waste Billing Administrator at FCC Environment, you will play a key role within the Billing team, ensuring Digital Waste Tracking (DWT) data is accurate, compliant and submitted correctly. You will support the effective management of billing data, ticket amendments and reporting processes while working closely with operational, compliance and systems teams.

What will you be doing?

- Monitor and report on ticket data daily to ensure records are visible and compliant within the DWT Portal
- Process ticket amendments and liaise with relevant teams to ensure successful DWT resubmissions
- Develop and maintain workflows to support timely ticket corrections and ongoing compliance requirements
- Support the management of credit notes and reinvoicing processes where DWT data requires amendment
- Produce weekly reports for regional managers highlighting outstanding DWT resubmission requirements
- Respond to site queries and work collaboratively to identify and implement resolutions
- Follow up on outstanding actions and ensure prompt responses from stakeholders
- Help reduce data amendments by maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
- Work closely with the Systems and Compliance teams to improve processes and data quality
- Maintain DWT mapping tables and supporting Gladis data, including haulier information
- Undertake additional administrative and billing tasks as required
