A senior opportunity for a commercially driven Director to lead and grow the education sector within a multidisciplinary design team. This role is focused on business development, winning work, and delivering high-quality education and workplace projects, while supporting the growth of the Birmingham studio.

Key Responsibilities for this Director role: 

Business Development

• Lead sector growth through winning new work and developing client relationships
• Bring an existing network and generate opportunities across the UK
• Lead bids, frameworks, and client pitches

Project & Sector Leadership

• Oversee delivery of education and workplace projects
• Provide strategic input on design and client outcomes
• Build long-term client partnerships

Team & Studio Growth

• Support expansion of the Birmingham office
• Mentor team members and strengthen sector capability

Requirements for this Director role: 

• Director / Associate Director experience in education or workplace sectors
• Proven ability to win work and develop clients
• Strong understanding of UK education market and procurement routes
• Experience across Birmingham, London, Midlands, and Manchester
• Commercially focused with strong leadership skills
