Our client is a globally recognised manufacturer of advanced composite solutions, delivering innovative products to the architecture, infrastructure, transportation and industrial sectors worldwide.

As part of its ambitious international growth strategy, we're seeking an experienced Director – Sales, Marketing & Business Development to drive expansion across Asia-Pacific and selected international markets.

The Opportunity

This is a high-profile, customer-facing executive role where you'll become one of the company's principal ambassadors.

You'll spend your time where it matters most—in front of customers, consultants, developers, EPC contractors, architects and industry leaders—identifying opportunities long before projects reach tender stage.

Working closely with engineering and manufacturing teams, you'll help customers understand how advanced composite solutions can deliver significant technical, commercial and lifecycle advantages over traditional materials.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Develop new business opportunities across Asia-Pacific and international markets.
  • Build long-term relationships with strategic customers and partners.
  • Secure major engineering and infrastructure projects.
  • Lead commercial negotiations and contract discussions.
  • Identify new applications and emerging markets for advanced composites.
  • Represent the business at international exhibitions, conferences and industry events.
  • Work closely with engineering teams to develop commercially successful solutions.
  • Drive sustainable revenue growth and strengthen market presence.

We're Looking For Someone Who Has

  • A proven track record of winning major technical or engineered product projects.
  • Strong business development and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience selling complex engineered solutions rather than catalogue products.
  • The confidence to engage with senior decision-makers and influence specifications.
  • An engineering background or strong technical understanding.
  • Experience within composites, engineered products, infrastructure, building products, industrial manufacturing or technical construction markets.
  • A willingness to travel extensively across the region.

Experience working across Asia-Pacific or international markets would be a significant advantage.
