Disabled Childrens Team Social Worker | Havant | £38 per Hour


Caritas Recruitment is cu rrently recruiting for an experienced Social Worker to join the DCT Team within Hampshire Children's Services based in Havant.
This role offers the opportunity to work within a supportive and forward-thinking service focused on achieving positive outcomes for children and families.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a varied caseload and undertake statutory social work responsibilities.
  • Complete assessments and formulate effective intervention plans.
  • Undertake direct work with children and families.
  • Contribute to safeguarding processes and multi-agency planning.
  • Maintain accurate and timely case recordings.
  • Promote positive outcomes through relationship-based practice.
