Dispatch Inspection & Packing Operative in Fachwen, Gwynedd

JRS Associates are currently recruiting for a Dispatch Inspection & Packing Operative to join an established precision engineering company.

This is a hands-on role working at the final stage of production, carrying out visual checks on finished precision-engineered components before they are carefully packed and prepared for dispatch.

The company is not looking for a highly technical Quality Inspector. They need someone reliable, experienced around dispatch or packing, and importantly someone with a good eye for detail who can spot any obvious issues before components are sent to customers.

The Successful Dispatch Inspection & Packing Operative – Package:

• £12.71 per hour

• Monday to Thursday, 6:45am to 5:00pm

• 4-day working week

• Overtime paid at 1.5x

• Profit-related bonus, dependent on company performance

• Permanent position

• Long-term opportunity within an established precision engineering business

The Successful Dispatch Inspection & Packing Operative – Requirements:

• Previous experience within dispatch, packing, goods out, warehouse or manufacturing

• Strong attention to detail with a good eye for spotting faults or damage

• Comfortable handling and packing precision-engineered components

• Able to work accurately and carefully

• Reliable with a good work ethic

• Comfortable working within a busy manufacturing environment

• Previous precision engineering or manufacturing experience would be beneficial

• Previous inspection experience would be advantageous but is not essential
