- Take a lead role in service delivery.
- Manage complex damp, mould, and disrepair cases.
- Undertake inspections and prepare specifications of work.
- Monitor contractor performance and ensure compliance with statutory timescales.
- Support service improvements and compliance reporting.
- Work proactively to reduce risk and improve customer outcomes.
- Demonstrable experience of managing housing disrepair claims and legal interfaces.
- Experience of preparing technical evidence and witness statements would be advantageous.
- Experience of implementing or preparing for Awaab's Law preferred.
Previous experience within social housing and damp, mould and disrepair management is essential.
