Disrepairs Operative

We are currently looking for a Disrepairs Operative to be based around Oxford, covering a wider patch and carrying out repair works.

The Role:

• Carrying out disrepair and remedial works

   

• Completing repairs to a high standard

   

• Working across a variety of properties

   

• Covering a wider patch as required

   

What We're Looking For:

• NVQ in a relevant core trade

   

• Previous repairs and maintenance experience

   

• Good knowledge of general property repairs

   

• Full UK driving licence

   

• Happy to travel as part of the role
