The Opportunity
We're recruiting for a commercially focused senior leader to support the strategic and operational performance of a growing education portfolio.
Working alongside the Director of Education and senior leadership team, you'll drive business performance, financial sustainability, operational improvement and strategic growth across multiple education services.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead business planning and performance reporting.
- Monitor budgets and commercial performance.
- Drive operational improvement across multiple sites.
- Support growth, occupancy and service development.
- Lead strategic projects and organisational change.
- Develop executive reports and business intelligence.
- Build strong relationships across operational and corporate teams.
You'll have:
- Senior business management experience within education or another regulated multi-site environment.
- Strong financial and commercial acumen.
- Experience managing budgets and analysing performance.
- Excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- The ability to influence at executive level and drive organisational improvement.
