The Opportunity

We are working with a prestigious private aesthetics clinic in Central London that specialises in advanced aesthetic and regenerative treatments.

They are looking for an experienced and polished Aesthetic Doctor’s Assistant to work closely alongside an Aesthetic Doctor, supporting the delivery of advanced treatments while providing an exceptional standard of patient care.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous experience within a high-end aesthetics or private medical environment who combines strong clinical knowledge with professionalism, discretion and exceptional attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide chairside assistance to the Aesthetic Doctor during advanced aesthetic procedures
  • Assist with Botulinum toxin, dermal filler and advanced skin treatments
  • Support treatments including microneedling, chemical peels and laser/IPL
  • Prepare treatment rooms, equipment, syringes, cannulas and consumables
  • Ensure patients remain comfortable and supported throughout procedures
  • Maintain excellent infection prevention, sterilisation and clinical hygiene standards
  • Support compliance with CQC requirements and clinic governance procedures
  • Maintain accurate and confidential patient records
  • Assist with product storage, batch traceability and appropriate handling of clinical products
  • Provide a discreet, professional service to a high-end patient base
  • Help maintain a calm, organised and seamless patient journey

About You

The successful candidate will ideally have:

  • Previous experience working alongside an Aesthetic Doctor
  • Experience within a private aesthetics, cosmetic or medical clinic
  • Strong knowledge of Botulinum toxin, dermal fillers and advanced skin treatments
  • Understanding of facial anatomy and aesthetic treatment protocols
  • Knowledge of CQC standards, infection control and clinical hygiene
  • Excellent organisation and attention to detail
  • A professional, polished and discreet approach
  • Confidence working with VIP/high-profile clientele
  • A proactive approach with the ability to anticipate the needs of the practitioner and patient

Desirable Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a similar job role is desirable
