Document Controller

We are recruiting for an experienced Document Controller to join a leading engineering and infrastructure contractor on a major energy project.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in construction, infrastructure, engineering, utilities or energy projects to play a key role in supporting project delivery through effective document control and information management.

The position is offered on an initial 12-month contract, with a strong possibility of progressing into a permanent role based on project requirements and performance.

• Managing and maintaining project documentation through Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)
• Controlling document revisions, approvals and distribution workflows
• Maintaining accurate document registers and ensuring project information remains current
• Issuing drawings and project documentation to internal and external stakeholders
• Supporting document audits and ensuring compliance with project information management processes
• Attending project meetings and producing clear and accurate meeting minutes
• Coordinating information flow between design teams, contractors, consultants and client representatives
• Supporting the wider project team with document control and administrative functions

• Previous experience as a Document Controller within construction, engineering, infrastructure, energy or utilities projects
• Experience using ACC or similar document management platforms
• Strong understanding of document control procedures and best practice
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced project environment
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

• £19 - £22 per hour PAYE
