Domestic Gas Engineer

Location: Covering London and surrounding areas

Salary: £40,000 to £45,000 DOE + Benefits OTE £50k+

Hours: Monday-Friday - 40 hours a week

Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time

We’re looking for an experienced Domestic Gas Engineer to join the team, carrying out boiler installations, heating system maintenance, radiator and heating control upgrades, and gas pipe alterations across domestic properties.

If you’re an experienced Gas Engineer who enjoys solving problems, working independently and providing a great service to customers, this could be the next step for you.

What You'll Be Doing

• Carrying out domestic boiler installations and replacements
• Servicing, maintaining and repairing domestic heating systems
• Diagnosing and resolving heating and hot water faults
• Installing and upgrading radiators and heating controls
• Carrying out gas pipe alterations and associated gas works
• Fault-finding on boilers, heating systems and controls
• Carrying out safety checks and ensuring all work meets current gas regulations and manufacturer requirements
• Working within occupied properties while maintaining a professional and customer-focused approach

What We're Looking For

• Relevant domestic gas qualifications (ACS) 
• Experience in domestic boiler installation, servicing and repair
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
• Experience with heating systems, radiators and heating controls
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Social housing experience – desirable but not essential
• Experience working within occupied properties
• Good communication and customer service skills
