We are now looking for a Domestic Violence and Abuse Complex Needs Team Leader to join us on a full-time basis, working 37.5 hours per week on a fixed-term contract until March 2027.

The Role
As a Domestic Violence and Abuse Complex Needs Team Leader, you will lead the operational delivery of our Ealing floating support service, ensuring high-quality, trauma-informed support for survivors with complex needs.
Leading and motivating the floating support team, you will provide structured line management, oversee service delivery and foster a positive, high-performing culture that delivers outstanding support for survivors.
You will also manage your own caseload of survivors, co-ordinating integrated packages of support, and working closely with local partner organisations to achieve the best possible outcomes.
Additionally, you will:
- Ensure services meet contractual, quality and risk management standards
- Approve risk assessments and support plans
- Monitor team performance and manage service targets
- Produce reports for the Deputy Manager and other stakeholders
- Support the induction and development of staff and volunteers
- Facilitate training sessions and awareness activities
About You
To be considered as a Domestic Violence and Abuse Complex Needs Team Leader, you will need:
- Significant experience managing teams delivering services to vulnerable people within floating support and/or accommodation-based services
- Experience setting, managing and monitoring budgets
- Experience working in partnership with statutory and voluntary agencies
- Experience delivering housing-related support services within contractual and quality framework requirements
- Knowledge of current health and safety legislation relating to supported housing and accommodation management
- Extensive knowledge of legislation and policy relating to gender-based violence, housing, welfare benefits, safeguarding, MARAC, MAPPA and legal interventions
- Sound knowledge of person-centred support planning, trauma-informed practice, risk assessment and outcome monitoring
