We are currently looking for caring, reliable and compassionate Domiciliary Care Workers to join our team in Peterborough.

The Role
As a Domiciliary Care Worker, you will provide high-quality care and support to service users in their own homes.
You will support individuals with a range of needs, illnesses and disabilities while promoting their dignity, independence, wellbeing and choice.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide person-centred care and support to service users in their own homes.
- Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming and toileting.
- Support service users with continence management and personal hygiene.
- Assist clients with getting up in the morning and preparing for bed at night.
- Support clients with medication in line with their care plan and agreed level of support.

Experience & Skills
Experience in domiciliary care, healthcare, nursing homes or a similar setting is desirable, but we also welcome applications from individuals who have the right attitude and values and are looking to start or develop their career in care.
Experience with the following would be advantageous:
- Personal care.
- Medication support.
- Moving and handling.
- Hoists and mobility equipment.
- Dementia care.
- Supporting individuals with disabilities.
- Accurate care documentation and digital care records.
