About the Role

SWIFT Temps Ltd, Industrial Recruitment Division is recruiting on behalf of our client, In Keighley, for enthusiastic and customer-focused Door-to-Door Canvassers.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established local business and play a key role in expanding its customer base. As a Door-to-Door Canvasser, you will engage with members of the public, promote the company's products and services, and generate new customer sign-ups while representing the brand professionally within local communities.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinating with line managers to understand designated canvassing areas and routes
• Approaching potential customers in a professional and friendly manner
• Explaining products and services clearly and confidently
• Sharing the company story and promoting the benefits of becoming a customer
• Guiding customers through the sign-up process and explaining next steps
• Accurately obtaining customer contact details and order information
• Passing completed customer information and orders to your supervisor
• Maintaining a professional appearance and positive attitude at all times
• Representing the company positively within the local community
• Working towards customer acquisition targets and business growth objectives

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident speaking with members of the public
• Friendly, approachable, and professional manner
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude
• Reliable, punctual, and organised
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good attention to detail when recording customer information
• Previous sales, canvassing, customer service, or promotional experience preferred but not essential

Full UK Driving Licence desirable but not essential

Shift Pattern

Working Hours:

Flexible working hours available

Part-time and full-time opportunities considered

Weekend and evening work may be required depending on canvassing schedules

Pay & Benefits

• Stable Earnings: Salary £25,115 per year (£12.71 per hour)
• Uncapped Bonus: £15 extra for every retained client you sign up.
• Work-Life Balance: Full-time hours compressed into just four days a week. Working between 10am – 8pm (36 - 38 hours per week).
