Door-To-Door Sales Representative at Hirematic (Integration), Manchester

Description:

We are seeking a motivated Door-to-Door Sales Representative to join our field marketing team in Manchester (Field-Based). In this role, you will engage directly with residents to promote eco-friendly home energy solutions, answer customer queries, and generate high-quality leads.

Salary & Benefits:

• £12.50 - £14.00 per hour (Base salary)

• Uncapped commission structure (Expected OTE: £30,000 - £35,000 pro-rata)

• Weekly performance bonuses

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct residential door-to-door canvassing within assigned territories.

• Present product benefits clearly and professionally to potential customers.

• Achieve daily and weekly lead generation targets.

Requirements:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Resilience, positive attitude, and ability to handle rejection.

• Previous experience in retail, customer service, or field sales is a plus, but not required.
