Dozer Driver

Job Description:

We at Northbuild Recruitment are currently seeking a CPCS / NPORS Carded Dozer Driver for work in Grange Over sands – LA11.

The Role

As a Dozer Operator, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of a dozer, carrying out a range of earthworks and groundworks duties. You will work as part of an experienced site team, ensuring work is completed to a high standard while maintaining a strong focus on health and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate a dozer in accordance with site requirements.
• Carry out earthmoving, grading, levelling and associated groundworks.
• Complete daily machine checks and report any defects or maintenance requirements.
• Work efficiently to meet project targets and deadlines.
• Follow all site health and safety procedures.
• Work closely with groundworkers, site supervisors and other plant operators.
• Maintain a clean and safe working area.

Requirements

• Proven experience operating a dozer.
• Relevant CPCS or NPORS qualification.
• Previous experience working on construction, civils or earthworks projects.
• Good understanding of site health and safety requirements.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and a professional approach to work.
