£35,000 - £50,000 per annum

We are currently recruiting for experienced Drainage Engineers to join a growing and well-established contractor operating throughout Cambridge and the surrounding areas.

This is an excellent opportunity for motivated engineers looking for long-term, permanent work with a business that offers a strong pipeline of work, overtime opportunities and career progression.

Drainage Engineer Duties & Responsibilities

• Carrying out drainage repairs and maintenance

• High-pressure water jetting

• CCTV drainage surveys and inspections

• Diagnosing and resolving drainage blockages

• Excavation and repair of damaged drainage systems

• Planned and reactive maintenance works

• Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard

• Producing accurate job reports and documentation

• Providing excellent customer service on-site

Drainage Engineer Requirements

• Previous experience within drainage engineering

• Full UK Driving Licence

• Ability to diagnose drainage issues effectively

• Experience operating jetting equipment

• Knowledge of health and safety procedures

• Strong communication and customer service skills

Desirable Qualifications & Experience

• CCTV Surveying experience

• HPWJ (High Pressure Water Jetting) qualification

• Street Works (NRSWA) accreditation

• Confined Space certification

• Experience with drainage excavations and repairs

Drainage Engineer Package

• Competitive salary of £35,000 - £50,000 per annum
