This is a genuinely varied role, with engineers trusted to get to site, diagnose the problem and get the job sorted.

What You Need
We're looking for an experienced Drainage Engineer with a strong background in commercial environments.
You'll ideally have:
- Commercial drainage experience
- Strong reactive maintenance experience
- Good fault-finding ability
- Experience with repairs and maintenance
- Confined Space certification
- Full UK driving licence
Don't currently have an in-date Confined Space certificate?
That's not necessarily a deal-breaker. If your certification has expired, the company can look at supporting you with renewal after your probation period.
Why This Role?
The biggest difference here is the variety and scale of the work.
You're not going to be stuck doing the same job on the same site every day. You'll work across a substantial commercial estate, dealing with different challenges and environments while having the backing of an established FM operation.
You've got the van, fuel card, tools, phone, overtime and bonus structure — everything you need to get on with the job.
And if you're experienced enough to justify the upper end of the salary range, they're prepared to pay for that experience.
