This is an exciting opportunity for a Drama and English Teacher to join ambitious and supportive departments within a high achieving school in Redbridge. The successful applicant will be joining outstanding, friendly and well-established school community with a strong academic ethos and a vibrant extra-curricular programme that inspires students to achieve outstanding results.

As a Drama and English Teacher, you will teach full time across KS3 and KS4, working with mixed ability groups, across an evenly split Drama and English timetable. The school follows the AQA syllabus for English Language and Literature and Drama and Theatre Studies. This permanent Drama and English Teacher role would suit a more experienced teacher who is confident across both subjects, is committed to continued professional development, and is keen to contribute to the wider life of the departments.

To be considered for this role, you will:
• Hold QTS and have at least 2 years teaching experience
• Have strong subject knowledge in English and Drama
• Be able to teach Drama and English across KS3 and KS4
• Demonstrate confident classroom management and the ability to engage mixed ability groups
• Be committed to continued professional development and high academic standards
• Hold UK Right to Work
