Driver in Barnsley, South Yorkshire

IMH Recruitment are seeking an experienced Driver Labourer for our client in Barnsley.

This is a temporary, ongoing role initially until January, with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.

Job Duties:

• Driving company vehicles to deliver and collect materials, tools and equipment.
• Loading and unloading materials safely.
• Assisting engineers and workshop staff with general labouring duties.
• Moving materials and equipment around the site/workshop.
• Keeping work areas clean, tidy and organised.
• Assisting with general duties as required.
• Following all health and safety procedures.

Requirements:

• Full UK driving licence with no more than 3 points.
• Previous driving and/or labouring experience.
• Manufacturing or industrial experience would be an advantage.
• Must be aged 25 or over.
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling.
• Reliable, punctual and willing to get involved with a variety of tasks.
• Good attitude and able to work as part of a team.

Hours & Pay:

• Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am-4pm.
• £12.71 per hour starting pay rate - Pay is dependant on experience.
• Weekly pay via agency!
