We are currently seeking a Service Driver to join our client's team at their Heathrow location. This is a full-time, permanent driving role ideal for individuals with a focus on customer service and vehicle handling within a leading automotive dealer group. The successful Service Driver will be responsible for transporting vehicles safely and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction and operational continuity.

  • 45-hour week, Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 5:30 pm

Duties of the Driver:
  • Safely collect, move, and deliver customer vehicles within specified timescales
  • Support daily branch operations through efficient vehicle transportation
  • Ensure vehicles remain road-ready and are correctly prepared during transit
  • Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally
  • Maintain a safety-first attitude towards vehicle handling and driving
  • Support vehicle handovers, ensuring customer satisfaction
Requirements of the Driver:
  • Full UK driving licence held for the duration required for the role
  • Previous driving experience is preferred but not essential
  • Excellent customer service skills and a professional manner
  • Proactive and reliable attitude, capable of working to schedule
  • Strong safety awareness and attention to detail
